Our Full-Service Design Process

Once the vision is established, we begin developing the design through space planning, layouts, mood boards, and conceptual presentations. This phase lays the foundation for a cohesive and thoughtful design direction.

Ⅱ. Design Development

From flooring and tile to cabinetry, paint, plumbing fixtures, lighting, hardware, and architectural finishes, every selection is thoughtfully curated to create a timeless and cohesive environment.

Ⅲ. Materials & Finishes

With the design approved, we prepare detailed drawings, finish schedules, and specification documentation that communicate the design intent clearly.

Ⅴ. Specification Book & Construction

We carefully manage the ordering process for all approved furnishings, lighting, materials, and accessories. From vendor coordination and order tracking to delivery logistics and quality control, we oversee every detail to help ensure a seamless experience from selection to installation.

Ⅳ. Procurement & Coordination

The final phase is where everything comes together. We coordinate deliveries, oversee installation, and thoughtfully style each space with furniture, artwork, accessories, and finishing touches—we welcome you a home that feels complete, layered, and ready to be lived in.
